Mobile Back Cover Refund

Once the product is delivered you should report within 72 hrs for any defects like fitting issue, damage etc. in order to be applicable for exchange or refund if same issue persists for second time. 

If we have sent you wrong phone model which you have not ordered for then you are eligible to get a replacement case or a complete refund including shipping charges. 

Once order is placed it customer should report within 4 hours if the order requires to be cancelled. 

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked (not satisfied reason) by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

There is no return applicable on any phone covers. We do not provide refund for delivered orders. 

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.

You need to provide proof regarding defect of the phone case in video format right from opening a sealed package. 

If customer has choose wrong custom name or phone model then it cannot be replaced or exchanged with new model. The customer will have to pay extra for a new case and shipping.

If customer mention wrong address, contact number and item shows delivered in case of prepaid order then we are not liable for refund the amount.  

Refund will be initiated 72 hrs once shipment is received to us in perfect condition. Refund will be done via GPay, Paytm or UPI incase of COD order

- Return or Exchange is not available on Hard and Silicone case in the event of a little color differentiation.
- Hard cases are hand made and color may vary from actual pictures.

Once the customer places the order we believe that the customer has went through our product descriptions with images along with our terms & conditions and exchange policies. 

COD shipping amount and reverse logistics will be deducted in case of refund if we manage to arrange for reverse pickup.

All replies will be done within 24 working hrs time i.e via mail or whatsapp. Please do not expect instant reply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
